    • Rewards must be redeemed in one visit and cannot be split or transferred.

    • Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers, unless stated otherwise.

    • Loyalty stamps are not earned on discounted services, gift card purchases, or redeemed reward sessions (if applicable).

    • Customers are responsible for presenting their loyalty card at the time of payment.

    • Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced, and stamps/points cannot be reissued.

    • Loyalty cards, stamps, and rewards are non-transferable and may only be used by the original cardholder.

    • We're One Thai Massage reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice.

    • By participating in the Loyalty Program, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions. Management’s decision is final in all matters relating to the program.

    • Valid for selected services only. Any additional services will be charged separately.

    • Advance booking and presentation of this card are required for each session.

    • Sessions are deducted after the service is completed.

    • Package sessions may not be split, combined, or shared between multiple visits unless otherwise stated.

    • Package sessions have no cash value and are non-refundable.

    • Unused sessions cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services.

    • Massage packages cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers, unless stated otherwise.

    • Package purchases are not eligible for loyalty stamps or additional rewards, unless explicitly specified.

    • Customers are responsible for booking appointments in advance.

    • Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of one package session, subject to business’s policy.

    • Massage packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.
